All items ship from The Three Sons in Milford, Iowa. Most orders will ship out before 4:30 pm on the next business day. Number one cause of delay is unexpected product unavailability. In rare cases where an item is no longer available customers will be emailed from a Three Sons employee to discuss a refund or exchange.
